Born into a family where music was a way of life, MrBeatz was destined to create soundtracks that move the soul.
A native of Shubuta, Mississippi, he found his rhythm early—playing drums in his grandfather’s church at just five years old. That foundation of gospel, groove, and heart would shape the signature sound he’s known for today.

By the age of fifteen, MrBeatz was crafting beats on his first MPC, blending rhythm, melody, and storytelling in a way that set him apart. That moment sparked a lifelong passion and gave birth to the name MrBeatz—a persona now recognized for his authenticity, creativity, and Southern Soul swagger.

Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, MrBeatz has evolved into one of the most exciting new voices in the Southern Soul scene. His official debut single, “Cornbread Fed,” showcases his smooth blend of soul, grit, and feel-good energy—proof that he’s not just making music, he’s defining a new era of it.
