Butch Hartfield is a veteran music executive, artist manager, and entrepreneur who serves as President and Co-CEO of T.O.C. Music Group, the entertainment company founded by multi-platinum recording artist Cupid, best known for the global hit “Cupid Shuffle.”

With more than 30 years of experience in the music industry, Hartfield has built a career at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and business development. Before joining T.O.C., he held senior leadership roles at some of the most influential record labels in the world — including Senior National Director of Promotion at Sony Music Entertainment’s Epic Records, where he worked with chart-topping artists such as Future, DJ Khaled, Giveon, and Yo Gotti. His previous posts include National Director of Promotion at Def Jam and Arista Records, and Vice President of DreamWorks Records.

Music Group, Hartfield brings his deep industry expertise and executive vision to building artist brands, developing new music ventures, and expanding the company’s reach across distribution, marketing, and live entertainment. Known for his innovative approach to artist relations and brand strategy, he continues to bridge the gap between legacy experience and the modern music landscape — helping shape the next wave of influential Southern talent.
